Do not ever accept less than you wish in your dreams. When ever you set a static goal you limit yourself by the outcome. The path leading towards it will lead you through valleys, forests and seas. You need to be flexible. Imagine what else could happen if you stay awake and agile, you might go places and succeed like you never could image before.

Everyone sits in his or her own house of glas. Careful not to break anything. When you approach people always keep in mind that you never know all there is about him or her. Words you say, moves you make, can cause a lot in someone. After all we are all connected, let’s treat everyone nicely.

Exploring the old city that I used to live in. New people showing you new corners. Endless possibilities that appear and moments you can enjoy just like that. The only premiss is to stop thinking and go out and create stuff. You only live once, what would you rather be doing?

Dressing up pretty just to appeal to men or to feel better. There is so much beauty in every human. All that style not really necessary. If you really love you will always try to build up the one you love and strengthen body and soul of your opposite.

Pillars of dance. I would count in:

passion, the engine of any creative process;

emotion, on which you have to rely to keep it real and inspiring;

ethics, morals you follow and how you interact with people especially through dance;

creativity, to think out of the box, to break habits and pursuit goals beyond expectations;

confidence, that you need to let go of the illusion of control;

technique, you have to build in order use your tools,

LOVE, there is nothing without love.

Dance is so much more than just hobby, lifestyle, passion or whatever. Dance lives in everyone. Daily life might brought us off track but dance will you get back on, be it in a medical sense or else.

Those green eyes…paralyzing you in that very second you stare for too long. Strangers you pass on the street or see at a bar can reveal all the magic you could ever think of. Always being thankful for all those beautiful people I get to meet.

Often unseen, beside the beauty of dance and the human body, the effort and courage to create something beautiful like this. It is not about the photography, capturing that moment. It is about this individual character moving to the sound of music. The vision that lets you see beyond your muscles and bones. Your soul, and how it approaches the surface. Still overcoming the second thoughts, the haters. Reflecting all the rumors back at them, like a mirror, showing their own mistakes and misbehaves.

All that negative energy losing against the power of compassion, empathy and love.

Berlin. Sometimes it feels strange and yet familiar when visiting my hometown. Places I have been to so often arouse my curiosity every time anew. When you get a distant view of something you partly grew up with, you can find more and more little details in every corner of the city. Memories of your past. Things that you used to know. Flashbacks overwhelming your mind and your body. Stunned by the beauty of a city, of this city, of my city!

When reviewing my life in dance, I was always wondering, why training Ballet was so monotonic and repetitive, yet so alive, organic and fluent when performing. All the feelings, doubts and troubles boil up to this one moment, where these synergies overcome the paralysis and set you free in the most beautiful way. Now imagine two people sharing this one moment, guiding each other, trusting each other. A sensitive symbiosis, where one embraces the other one’s flaws and vice versa. Growing together, falling together, feeling together.
